The SMITHY is a self contained, non-smoking, Holiday Cottage. It is
centrally heated and has 5 main rooms. Well behaved pets are welcome. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 has a Double (Queen) Bed, Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. Downstairs rooms have wooden ceiling beams throughout. The large lounge has open views over Holmedale which is situated on the northern entrance to Swaledale. It has colour TV & VCR, a stone fireplace with gas heater, and an open staircase to the bedrooms. Adjacent is the 'L' shaped Kitchen / Dining room. The kitchen has an electric cooker, vacuum cleaner, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and is fully equipped. There is also an automatic washing machine available. The Bathroom / Toilet is downstairs. Outside there is parking for 2 cars. Directly opposite the SMITHY is a one acre cut grass field, recently planted with trees and shrubs. The field is ideal for children and pets.
